Expo-Land was established in 1990. The company consists of a group of experts in all disciplines, including architects, structural and other services engineers, quantity surveyors/cost estimators, experienced consultants specialising in various construction-related fields such as fire-fighting and fire protection, safety, sanitary and air-conditioning and many more.

The scope of Expo-Land activities include all designing and documentation works (architectural design, interior design, landscaping), services co-ordination, construction administration and site supervision.

The founder and active design manager of Expo-Land is a reputable architect Andrzej Chodorowski, who gained his extensive experience in architectural design and project management after graduating from a university in 1980. He initially worked for several large architectural companies until his expertise, confidence and professionalism allowed him to offer his services under his company name Expo-Land.
